Meet Dru

Dru Rosales, MS, RD, LD, CEDS

I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with over 15 years of experience working with families, children, and adolescents in a variety of settings. With a background in eating disorders, weight management, and sports nutrition, I am sensitive to the fact that raising confident eaters begins around the family dinner table. I am also a full-time working mom with two daughters who play sports competitively so I completely understand the challenges of raising daughters who are confident in both their bodies and their performance. In addition, both of my girls have Celiac Disease so I have learned to navigate the gluten-free world as well.

My passion has always been taking nutrition knowledge and breaking it down into realistic action plans for busy families, while focusing on the family mindset around food and health. I hope that I can share my tips and tricks with you so you can feel empowered to discuss difficult topics and know that you are doing your best to fuel them with nutritious foods and develop a healthy relationship with food and exercise.

I am so happy that you chose to stop by, and hope that you can take something useful and meaningful from this page.
